Feldenkrais Intensive on Galiano Island

In this intensive you will explore Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement lessons that will help you:

  • Deepen MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION

  • Improve POSTURE, BALANCE & COORDINATION
  • Increase GRACE & EFFICIENCY

Location: North Hall, 22790 Porlier Pass Rd, Galiano Island, BC
Drop-in Class times at North Hall:
Thursday February 23, 4pm to 530pm

Intensive Class times at North Hall:

Friday February 24, 9:30-11:30 & 1:30-3:30

Saturday February 25, 930-1130 and 1:30-3:30

Sunday February 26, 9:30-11:30 and 1:30-3:30

The daily classes are by Donation, suggested minimum of $20 per day.

Saturday February 25th, 6:30pm to 8pm

Sunday February 26th, 6:30pm to 8pm

Drop-in Classes are $5 per Class. The Intensive 3 day course at the North Hall is $45 (North Hall rental, refreshments, and transportation). The daily classes are by Donation, suggested minimum of $20 per day.

This is of benefit to everyone wishing to move more easefully and rest more comfortably. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, blankets) and food to nurture yourself during the day.
