These classes are an exploration and aim to cultivate awareness, mindfulness, and physical ease by intertwining Breathing, guided Movement and Meditation with Feldenkrais movement explorations.
Meditation combined with Feldenkrais proves beneficial as it gradually unravels soreness, discomfort, and enduring structures of physical and emotional pain.
There will be guidance on merging meditation and Feldenkrais for individual practice.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a cushion(s) and blanket(s).

Please bring blanket(s), pillow(s) and wear soft, stretchy warm clothing. A good portion of the class will be lying on your back on the floor. If you are not warm and comfortable during the lessons then this will be cause for unnecessary distraction.
Please note that there is a friendly dog and cat in the space. These classes are not recommended for those who have allergies.
